How to Apply
To apply for a BPI My e-prepaid Card Mastercard simply go to http://www.bpiexpressonline.com/
and select Apply Prepaid and Gift Cards. It will only take 5 working days for
your card to be processed and sent to your selected BPI Branch. If you apply
for this card, take note of the date when you will pick up your Card or else after
30 day’s the card will be destroyed.

Mobile Phone just key-in BALEC Ex: BALEC 5264914501234567 and send to 2274 for
GLOBE and TM subscribers or 3274 for SMART and TALK 'N TEXT that will cost you
P2.50 per text
How to Load Money to
your BPI My e-Prepaid Card
There are several ways to load your BPI My e-Prepaid Card. Thru
ATM, just insert your BPI Express Teller Card and select Special Services then
Prepaid Services and Transfer/Remittance. You will be asked for your 4 digit
ATM pin, the amount to loaded and then select Master card and enter the 16
digit card number.
I also tried transferring money using Express Online but
this one requires enrollment which means you need to visit any BPI Branch to
activate. But after the enrollment, the rest of the procedure is easy. Just go
to Payments and Reloading Tab, Click express Cash/Express Money Order link,
then select Reload Enrolled Express Cash/Express Money Order. Enter the amount
to be Transferred, select the funding account then click submit.
Downside
If you lost your BPI My e-Prepaid Card report it immediately, “everyone”
can access the cards available balance just by typing Example BALEC
5264914501234567 then send to 2274 or 3274.
What’s Good about it
BPI will send offers, invites, discounts and promos thru
email and BPI ATM is everywhere so you don’t have to worry if you run out of
load.

I tried using BPI e-prepaid Card when I purchased a domain
name thru GoDaddy.com and they accept BPI My e-Prepaid Card. I also tried it with Mercury Drug, but when I handed my BPI e-Prepaid Card, the girl from the counter gave me this silly look, but it worked.
